The guy, I think his name was Jason, was nothing short of awesome. He treated us like family. The people that did the installation really knew what they were doing. They did a fantastic job!

I had the guys at Crystal Clear install a complete new water filtration system at my home. I am more than pleased.

I contacted Crystal Clear for a whole house water softener. Jason was on time, which doesn’t usually happen here in Laredo, most of the time companies don’t even show up! Jason was courteous, he knew his product and its capabilities and is very professional. He explained how the system worked, and what we should expect from the system. Once installation was scheduled, the installers were prompt, very nice and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. They even took the trash! Crystal from the office called to follow up within the same week after install; I’m not used to that type of service! Overall, it was a very positive experience working with them and would definitely recommend them.
